This is so beautifully true. I'm so stuck in the past that I'm rarely present. It's really sad. And then when I move again, I'm stuck in that previous place. I'm forever stuck in the past and it's making me depressed from crying over all the previous laughs.
I need to move on, but I don't know how. Nor do I really want to. I want to yet I don't. :/
